Statement of PurposeThe College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences Strategic Plan documents our current Mission Statement and Goal and Objective Statements covering the different areas that impact and define our function and identify a path toward excellence. This document delineates the essentials for the development of our faculty, staff, students and programs and the instruments for assessment and evaluation. The Dean and members of the Executive Committee shall be responsible for assigning accountability and providing methods for implementation and prioritization so that this Plan may serve its intended role as an instrument to improve the quality of our School, faculty, staff, students, and programs. This Strategic Plan imposes a course of action to advance our mission; furthermore, the Plan may be amended, if needed, to ensure our ability to pursue innovations that will further that mission. Mission StatementThe mission of the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences is to educate students in a Christian environment to be pharmacists or pharmacy-related professionals who will meet existing and future health care needs and who will provide leadership to their profession and to organizations that represent pharmacy and related areas.
