Campbell University College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences is dedicated to enhancing diversity in the field of pharmacy. To address the needs of citizens in different geographical locations and ethnic groups, Campbell University has developed Pharmacy Readiness & Enrichment Program (PREP).

PREP offers an intensive week long summer capstone providing excellent educational opportunities for the preparation of admission into pharmacy school. With such a diverse population of scholarly participants, PREP aims to foster cultural competency.

PREP is designed to increase students scientific knowledge as well as prepare them for the rigors of admission into a professional pharmacy program.

PREP exposes students to different roles of a pharmacist through demonstrations at health fairs.

PREP targets a diverse group of students who excel in the sciences.

PREP aims to educate students through distance learning seminars on a variety of topics including current healthcare issues.

PREP provides shadowing opportunities for students to gain insight into different fields of pharmacy. Students cultivate future planning through participation in the mentoring program.
